Optimizing Elementor & Elementor Pro for production environment when all changes are being made in staging

Hi, this is my first post here and a rather unusual one.

On one of our projects we have both a production (live) and a staging environment.

All changes in content are done in the staging site and then deployed to the production site via the WP Staging plugin.

Since no user ever creates or edits content directly on the production site (they don’t even have access to the backend), and we are also looking to improve pagespeed, we were thinking maybe we could remove any scripts & css that affect frontend loading time and are only needed for editing Elementor content?

Thoughts on this? Anyone done it before?
