I posted a support request regarding an error on elementor meaning I can’t edit part of my site on 13th July. I have received slow responses but at least I was getting a response. I have now not had any replied to my emails for 4 days now and it has now got to the point where I can’t edit with elementor at all. Is anyone else having issues with getting support with issues? This is not the level of customer service I have come to expect from elementor. I know there’s a pandemic but… 4 days for a response???
