As you may have read in this welcome post we’re very happy you’re willing to help us make this platform useful for all our users. If you haven’t done so, please go over the rules in that post.

This specific room is to discuss anything related to how the Hub works. For example:

  • Any bugs you may have found.

  • Inconsistencies in the user experience (UX) or interface (UI).

  • Feature requests, pertaining to the functionality of the Hub.

  • Room requests, what type of topics do you feel should have a dedicated room. Please add why you think this is the case and keep in mind we need to be able to fill the room with enough people to keep things interesting.

If you have any questions, @Natan Leibzon and @Verdi Heinz are here for you. We’d love to hear them.

Happy testing!

Provide your constructive feedback directly to Nate!

Just a thought but, has the design elements been through accessibility tests? Usually, bright colors like hot pink, neon green, and red are not compliant. I could be incorrect on this, just something I remember when developing corporate websites.

This is so exciting and I am happy that I can stop bugging @Verdi Heinz and others about building a platform like this to support Elementor customers! :sunglasses:

Thanks Guys.

In your rules, is this meant to say ‘Don’t dislike a post’

3. Don't like a post or comment? Ignore! (or flag it)

  • This helps prevent negative discussions.
  • It saves your time by simply ignoring what you don't like.
  • A positive Community is more helpful and effective for all.

Awesome idea in creating this forum. The only time I go onto Facebook is to engage with the community posts.

Testing is a great opportunity to participate in a great community like this and be the first to find out what's new.

Hey guys, for some reason I couldn’t add a new post. Wouldn’t let me add a description and wouldn’t let me submit without the description.

My reason for posting was to advise that Unanswered questions in the menu, shows a list of posts that all have answers.

Feature idea - would love to have a notifications area where I can see who has replied etc. Right now it’s all in my email inbox which is a bit messy for me - thanks!

Hey, @WebtreeOZ do you have “grammerly” chrome extension? it can cause the problem you had

Userlevel 3

Thanks @stephanielatorre indeed needed a feature.

We are working on it with theplatform team to make it happen

Ah @Natan Leibzon I do indeed have that extension. Which makes me wonder how many other issues it creates for me. Might go remove it now. Many thanks

Super excited I stumbled upon this while trying to find an Elementor Meetup in Chicago. Let the community begin!

News & updates room: only posts from Elementor crew/mods (like the Product updates room)

Hi! Is it an idea for the News & Updates room to function the same way the Product updates room does? Where only post from the Elementor crew/mods are published.

Now everyone can post in this room which makes it a bit of a mess in my opinion. There are a lot of posts in that room which (I think) have a higher chance of getting answered in the other (designated) rooms. My assumtion is that not a lot of people would look in the News & Updates room to help other people and only seek news/updates. A lot of post/questions are out of context based on the subject of the room.

A News & Updates room with only posts from the Elementor crew/mods (like the Product updates room) would be more clearer. This way we have 1 place to quickly read the latest of the latest (and the most important when necessary).

It would be great to have all notifications within the community itself, rather than having this be done via email.

edit:  I didn’t realize @stephanielatorre had already suggested this :)
