Block Redirect in Elementor Editor

Hi, my name is Rafael and I'm facing a big problem with Elementor.

I added this HTML code in Elementor  when I was editing a sales page:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=https://homemfortebrasil.site/"/>

Now I can't remove this code anymore and I can't edit this page anymore :(

Is there a solution that Elementor can give me? By Htaccess it would not be possible to block this redirect?

Sorry for my English, I'm using google translator

@Rafael Grando Can you tell us how you resolved this so that others coming across your post with a similar issue may be able to resolve theirs as well, we can mark your answer as “Best Answer” then, thanks :)

Yes! I saved my page template in the element as a TEMPLATE. I downloaded it to my notebook, opened the .JSON file in Notepad and removed the redirect code. after that I imported the edited template on another page.
