Add additional people to form

Hi everybody,

I’m redesigning a website, and am redoing a form in Elementor.

The original form has a button at the bottom to add additional registrants to a registration form.  You can see it here by clicking this link and scrolling all the way to the bottom, and clicking on the button that says “Add a unit member to this registration”:

https://www.fortmeigs.org/register/

When you click that button, the form opens up to an additional set of fields. You can do this multiple times, and that way register an entire unit on one form.

My question is, is there a way to add a similar button in Elementor?

Thanks!

Hi @Sarah Bartholomew and welcome.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with native Elementor form widget.

The two solutions that occurs to my mind are: to use JetEngine from Crocoblock suite and their Repeater Fields with Frontend Forms. Check this video tutorial

The second solution is to reach for Gravity Forms, especially check this post https://www.gravityforms.com/repeatable-data-wordpress-forms/

Thanks! Hm, registration for the event closes on Sunday and I really don’t want to have to redo the whole thing! But I’ll look into the options you suggest for the future. Thanks again!!
